The fully-ruggedized 19/2"-type aluminum chassis is fanless and uses natural convection and conduction cooling to comply with MIL-STD-810 standards. COTS technology components allow configuring the M-Max HR 3U systems family to comply with a wide variety of airborne, marine and ground vehicle applications. M‑Max HR 3U CU is a great solution for rapid development and deploy of machine vision and perception applications, as well as for quality inspection and security purposes. With all its capabilities the system will be a perfect fit for robotics and similar AI applications. Delivering outstanding performance comparable to high-end desktop systems, it also features extended graphics capabilities, providing up to 6x HDMI outputs. The system was previously known as M-Max 950 CU.

M-Max 400 TBT High Performance Rugged Computer System The M-Max® 400 TBT is a high performance rugged computer for mission-critical applications. It is based on the ultra-low power Intel Dual Core i7/i5 CPUs. The system is built with a dual 115V AC electrical power system with a wide input voltage range from 90V AC to 264V AC. It is resistant to high voltages, spikes, and surges. Three SBCs and an embedded 16-port switch are encased into an ATR-type enclosure. Its conductively cooled, sealed aluminum chassis incorporates protection from water and dust ingress. Power and system I/O signals are brought out through lightweight, high-density MIL-DTL-38999 connectors.

Its conductively cooled, sealed aluminum chassis incorporates protection from water and dust ingress. M-Max 700 PR/APR High Performance Rugged Flight Control Computer The M-Max® 700 PR/APR is a compact high-performance rugged computer. It is designed to operate as part of a helicopter equipment distributed control system. An internal heating and temperature control system allows the computer to operate in extremely harsh environments in a wide temperature range. The M-Max® 700 PR/APR features a vast amount of I/O interfaces (168) including CAN, Fast Ethernet and ARINC which is unsurpassed in this compact enclosure. The computer has no moving parts and utilizes a passive cooling system. Along with an independent internal elements damping system it ensures the highest level of reliability. M-Max VI PR7 Rugged Industrial Computer with Data Acquisition The M-Max® VI PR7 is a Quad Core rugged industrial computer with data acquisition features for tough environments. The enclosure is designed according to the VITA 75 footprint and can be mounted on different vehicle types. The lightweight compact sealed case with fanless heat dissipation resists contamination and humidity. The system has been certified to comply with MIL‑STD‑810G, MIL‑STD‑461F and airborne MIL‑STD‑704F. The system is expandable by one mPCIe module and one PC/104 Plus board. M-Max V75 Chassis Rugged VITA 75-compliant Conduction-cooled Enclosure The M-Max® V75 chassis, designed according to the VITA 75 footprint, is a fully sealed rugged enclosure with passive cooling, providing reliable operation in tough environments including transportation (ground, rail, air and marine), agriculture, mining and processing. The machine-worked aluminum chassis is especially designed for the most challenging environments. Providing excellent shock and vibration protection, the completely fanless chassis uses natural convection and conduction cooling. Typical systems housed in this VITA 75-compliant enclosure deliver IP66 dust and moisture protection, withstand shocks up to 40g and vibration up to 2.5g. The fully sealed enclosure houses up to two PC/104 or similar-sized boards. The configurable front panel can be outfitted with a variety of customer-defined connectors. The M-Max® V75 chassis is tested and guaranteed over temperature range of −40 to +60°C @ 55W. The embedded power supply complies with MIL-STD-704F specification. The M-Max® V75 Short chassis is tested and guaranteed over temperature range of −40 to +70 °C @ 11W.
