The LP Platform is a good choice when low power consumption is critical. For this platform it adds up to just 3 W.
The LP Platform uses Apalis i.MX6 800 MHz CPU which performance is comparable with Intel Atom CPU from our next PR5 and PR7 Platforms. It has 2 GB of RAM and SSD soldered on board. Storage space is expandable via mSATA interface.
The standard version offers enough I/O interfaces for a variety of applications. The platform is equipped with both VGA and HDMI outputs and uses Vivante GC2000 for video processing. Other interfaces include 2 audio inputs, 2 audio outputs, 1 mic input, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, 4x USB 2.0, 2x RS-232 (lim.), 2x RS-232/485 and 8x DIO lines.
Operating temperature of an LP Platform-based system is −40°C to +70°C (-40°F to +158°F). The standard enclosure for the LP Platform is Pandora 3″.
The LP Platform is compatible with the following M-Max® Systems: PD 2, HR 1U.
