ADLS15PC
ADLS15PC Embedded Single Board Computer The ADLS15PC PC/104-Plus is based on the Intel Atom and the Intel US15W (Poulsbo) chipset. The Intel Atom is a single core processor built on a 45nm process that boasts an impressive 2.64 watts TDP. The Intel Atom delivers the benefits of genuine Intel architecture to small form factor and thermally constrained markets. The Intel US15W System Controller Hub (SCH) incorporates all functions of legacy GMCH and ICH architectures into a single die. The ADLS15PC takes advantage of these features by delivering high performance and low thermals in a compact PC/104-Plus form factor. The Intel graphics controller drives a CRT to 1600x1200@60Hz and/or 18/24 bit LVDS LCD. Memory is added via an SODIMM200 socket that will accept up to 2GB of DDR2-400/533 DRAM. In addition to ACPI/APM functions, EIDE, 8xUSB 2.0, 2xRS232 COM ports, PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, LPT, AC97 Sound, 10/100/1000MBit LAN and more, the ADLS15PC also comes equipped with up to 4GB onboard SSD. Driver sets for Windows operating systems, as well as BSP's for Windows CE6 and VxWorks are available. ADL Embedded Solutions offer very effective active and passive thermal solutions designed for this product.
ADLLAN-41000e
ADLLAN-41000e Quad-Port Gigabit Ethernet LAN The ADLLAN-41000e employs the Intel i350-AM4 quad port Gigabit Ethernet controller to bring server class connectivity to PCI/104-Express. With the PCIe V2.0 interface, four Gigabit LAN ports can operate at Gigabit speed while consuming just one PCI Express lane (x1). An additional three ADLLAN-41000e boards may be used in a stack for a total of 16 available Ethernet ports, loading 4 PCIe x1 lanes. This brings true server capability to the PC/104 form factor. As expected, the ADLLAN- 41000e is also backward compatible with PCIe V1.0 signaling platforms, albeit at less than 1 Gigabit per port. The ADLLAN-41000e also provides a maximum of two additional USB 2.0 ports via the Type 1 PCIe bus interface from the host SBC. Since the USB ports are not implemented using an independent USB controller, only two ports will be available in configurations that use more than one ADLLAN-41000e. Applications: Mobile Server / Remote Networking, Rugged, Extended Temp., Embedded, Ethernet Surveillance, Industrial Monitoring, Network Routing.
104-PWR-512A
104-PWR-512A Embedded PC104 Power Supplies The design incorporates a 16-bit pass through PC/104 connector, molex power input connector and voltage status LED’s. Since heat is always a factor to consider in any system design project, the DC/DC converter can be populated on either side of the board to facilitate heat sinking to one end of an enclosure, with the CPU heat sinking to the other end of the enclosure. This triple output version can be ordered with or without a heatsink. At up to 85% efficiency, a dynamic input range and full protection on inputs and outputs, this power supply is very versatile and appropriate for many PC/104 based applications. The Input Power Connector is a Four-pin standard Molex type connector at the edge of the board. It’s the same connector as used on a CD-ROM so it’s easy to set up and test a system with a local +12V computer power supply. Fully software transparent, the 104-PWR-512 occupies no resources; zero I/O memory locations, IRQs, DMA channels or bandwidth of any types are consumed. Compatible with all operating systems and software.

This single output version can be ordered with or without a heatsink. At up to 84% efficiency, a dynamic input range and full protection on inputs and outputs, this power supply is very versatile and appropriate for many PC/104 based applications. The Input Power Connector is a Four-pin standard Molex type connector at the edge of the board. It’s the same connector as used on a CD-ROM so it’s easy to set up and test a system with a local +12V Computer type power supply.
ADLPS35ISO-150
ADLPS35ISO-150 150W 2”X4” ATX Power Supply The ADLPS35ISO-150 board is designed to meet the needs of industrial and embedded motherboards by providing robust ATX voltages (5V, 5VS, 3.3V, 12V) in a small form factor power supply designed for −40°C to +85°C operation. Its small 2"x4″ size (50mm x 102mm) allows it to fit many space limited applications. The ADLPS35ISO-150 provides up to 500V of galvanic isolation from dirty power and unwanted transients and is tailored to work in conjunction with ADL Embedded Solutions’ advanced high performance SBC’s with more than enough headroom for inrush startup currents, and high-power quiescent operation.
ADLPS35-150-5
ADLPS35-150-5 150W 2”X4” ATX Power Supply The ADLPS35-150 power supply board is designed to meet the needs of industrial and embedded motherboards by providing robust ATX voltages (5V, 5VS, 3.3V, 12V) in a small form factor power supply designed for −40°C to +85°C operation. Its small 2"x4″ size (50mm x 102mm) allows it to fit many space limited applications. As well, the ADLPS35-150 is tailored to sit sideby-side with our 3.5-inch product line of motherboards and can also be adapted to a PC/104 stack via an optional mounting plate. The power supply features ATX compliant signaling to allow ACPI/APM power management from within compliant operating systems. At 150 Watts total power and just 50mm x 102mm in size, this small and rugged power supply will fit into most embedded applications. The ADLPS35-150 is available in two variants, one allowing an input voltage range of 7-36V but providing only the 5V, 5VS, and 3.3V outputs, the other with a narrower input voltage range of 14-36V but providing 5V, 5VS, 3.3V and 12V outputs.
